Innovative work :Ecology box
As part of my B.Ed curriculum on the academic year 2020 2022 pyramid and innovative work called Ecology box. This box consists of a photo reel album a magic cube and cubend few Flashcards. The photo real album contains pictures of endangered and extinct species The Magic Cube contains photos of different ecosystems and flashcard contains photos and descriptions on different Ecology kal interactions over around this box become a surprise for the students
Objective
To understand about different extinct and endangered species
To understand about different types of ecosystem
To understand about different ecological interactions
To understand the importance of ecology and need to protect the biodiversity
Description of activities
In the standard 8 textbook there is a unit called diversity for sustenance this chapter deals with ecology based on this chapter I decided to make an innovative work I have made and Ecology box this box consist of three surprise items the photoreal album Magic Cube new items for the students before unboxing the students have to read the instructions given on the top of this box the teacher can either made use of this box during the time of taking each topics or after completing the topics. It includes photo real album with pictures of extinct and endangered species Magic Cube with pictures of different ecosystems and a flower card with pictures and notes on different technological interactions.
The people can select the items observe and identify the things related to Ecology after that the teacher ask few questions based on any of these topics they have to sent by answering the people will get surprise gift.
All these items in this books are made of cheap items such as waste can small pieces of scrapwaste can small pieces of scrap wood, price tags from cloth
This box includes different areas related with Ecology and Ecosystem this box provides an opportunity for the students to understand oratory collect their ideas on ecology. This work emphasize an important point that is the conservation ecosystem and biodiversity knowledge on extinct and endangered species will make a positive attitude in students about the importance of conserving the biodiversity.
